• Risk Management of Cargo
  • Pre-Shipment inspections of cargo
  • Pre-Trip/Loading Inspections of containers
  • Supervision of loading, stuffing and lashing of cargo in containers and on board ships. 
  • Supervision of discharge operations including minimising handling damage and theft.
  • Draft Surveys during loading and/or discharging operations.
  • Inspections of Warehouses.
  • Professional and independent tally surveys in ship’s hold, under tackle and in/out of warehouse.
  • Loss prevention services, especially for bonded goods.
  • Collateral Management Agreements
  • Establishing causes and circumstances of the loss / damage.
  • Quantifying the loss / damage, including reconditioning of damaged goods and packing, collecting and selling sweepings, organising salvage sales, etc.
• Casualty Management
  Complete management of casualties by our superintendents under our supervision and direction, 24 hrs per day, 7 days per week.

  • Daily reporting and updating our clients on ongoing operations.
  • Arranging and supervising of transhipment and salvage operations, including chartering in of substitute vessels, if required.
  • Organising and attending meetings with Harbour Authorities, salvors, ship-owners, their P&I Club Correspondents and cargo interests in order to jointly find solutions and resolve issues whenever and wherever possible.
• Logistics Services
  • Door to door logistics solutions for internal movement of all cargos, as well as imports and exports through Mozambique ports to and from the neighbouring countries.
  • Cargo storage and management, including Collateral Management Agreements.
  • Risk Management, loss prevention and cargo protection against damage, loss, theft and inherent vice.
  • Full tally services as well as sampling and analysis. Accredited third-party laboratories, with international accreditation (where possible), carry out all analysis.
